Goods bought online CANNOT be returned to any of the independent shops selling Charm Tree jewellery.
Returns must be made in accordance with our Returns policy – ie, unworn, in perfect condition and original packaging, and within 14 days of receipt.
If, on receipt of your purchase, you are not entirely happy, you may return it to us within 14 days and receive a full refund or replacement, provided that:

We receive the returned goods at our offices no later than 14 days after delivery of the items to you.
The jewellery is returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its original packaging.
Sale and promotional items may only be exchanged during the sale / promotion period, and with proof of purchase.
